NK Tech built the Smart Tools app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by NK Tech at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Our app requests access to your Precise Location (GPS) and Approximate Location (Network-based).

• Collection: We collect and process this data temporarily on your device.
• Purpose: This data is strictly used for App Functionality, specifically to enable features such as the GPS Info tool (to display your coordinates and address), the Speedometer (to calculate current speed), and the Weather tool (to fetch local weather conditions).
• Sharing: This location data is NOT shared with any third parties. It is processed locally or sent directly to weather service providers solely to fetch data for you.
• Ephemeral Processing: We treat this data as ephemeral; we do not store your location history on our servers.

Camera and Media

The app uses your device's Camera to provide features such as the generic Camera tool, Magnifier, Barcode/QR Scanner, and Color Picker. No images or videos are transmitted to our servers unless explicitly shared by you.

Audio Recording

The app uses the Microphone for the Sound Meter tool to measure decibel levels. This audio data is processed in real-time on your device and is not stored or transmitted.

Third Party Services

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
